Stay22 is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help our revenue teams sell smarter, faster, and more consistently. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Partner Success and RevOps, ensuring our go-to-market teams have the right messaging, tools, training, and insights to win.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM role
- Experience enabling fast-moving and scaling sales teams
- Ability to identify skills gaps and create coaching plans
- Understanding of various sales frameworks and how they are applied in the sales process
- Strong storytelling and messaging instincts
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient with Hubspot or Salesforce
