Training Coordinator - Robotics Division (C&SE Europe)

• Drive the training revenue budget across Central & Southeast Europe.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify new training opportunities.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs—both standardised and tailored.
• Coordinate training activities across multiple training centres to ensure consistency and quality.
• Apply instructional design principles and stay ahead of industry and learning trends.
• Support technical teams and customers with your robotics and automation expertise.

• A background in engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in training coordination, instructional design, or corporate learning.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robot programming, or industrial automation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset.
• English proficiency (min. B2).
• Valid driving license.
• Native speaker Czech language.
