Join Statista as a Data Backend Engineer and work with a team of data-driven professionals to build and optimize backend systems using Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Collaborate across teams to solve technical challenges around data and grow into data engineering.

Requirements

Strong programming skills (Python or similar) with database and API development experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployments.
Understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and schema design.
Interest in data-centric problem-solving and eagerness to learn more about data engineering tools and workflows.
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, and open to learning data engineering concepts
