Enterprise Business Development Representative | Starbridge

We're hiring a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative to break into our most strategic enterprise accounts. You'll have your own book of business, own a number, and be responsible for generating qualified opportunities within our top-tier accounts.
What You'll Do
Own Enterprise Accounts: Manage a defined portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a high degree of autonomy over outbound strategy. You'll carry a quota for opportunity creation and pipeline generation.
Get Creative: Think outside the box to get in front of sales leadership at our highest priority accounts — dinners, sporting events, hand-delivered packages, personalized campaigns, etc. This role is about finesse, creativity, and grit.
Document What Works: As a founding member, you'll help establish the playbook for scaling our enterprise motion.

Who We're Looking For
1-2 years BDR experience required with proven quota attainment
High autonomy. We expect people with a high degree of agency. We give them targets and they find a way to deliver
Detail-oriented and creative in developing account strategies
Personable with ability to build executive relationships
Ambitious with clear desire to advance to closing role
Bachelor's degree required
