Staples Promotional Products is seeking a Sales Program Manager to lead sales initiatives through skill gap analysis, development of sales-oriented training programs, and coaching and mentoring sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and experience developing and facilitating sales training content and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, CPLP or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and facilitating sales training content and coaching teams to drive performance
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated organizational, project planning, and multi-tasking abilities
