The role ensures positive customer experiences, supports relationships, and monitors delivery of products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales or sales support experience
- 2-3 years of technology hardware experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com
- Strong time management, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent responsibilities
