Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in architectural wall systems, modular construction, furniture systems, or related design/technical sales
- Proven success in building strategic partnerships and driving sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction terminology, electrical/mechanical interfaces, and structural considerations
- Ability to read and review CAD drawings, architectural spec books, and installation requirements
- Excellent communication skills (executive presentations, customer conversations, and detailed technical communication)
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to influence through data
