Primary Role:
Ensure the delivery of support services to our newly onboarded customers, focusing on network installation. Responsible for completing assigned tasks to meet project goals.
Scope of Work:
- Collaborate with Installers and Project Managers on the network implementation of new installations or deployments.
- Address concerns of newly onboarded properties during installation.
- Perform Post Install Checks (PIC) and follow up with installers on any missing or failed items.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of PICs. Identify any training or installation processes that need to be covered or changes that need to be made.
- Ensure all tools are available and accessible for property staff.
- Work with Field Technicians to troubleshoot installation-related issues.
- Coordinate and schedule training with property staff for Site Dashboard and Conference Tool (if applicable) and provide Splash Page orientation.
- Ensure all devices are set up and monitored in the NMS.
Qualifications and Requirements
Key qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Networking
- Should have experience in switching
- Proficiency in configuring Layer 2 devices (e.g., VLANs, WLANs)
- Ability to subnet in Layer 3
Additional Skills:
- Experience with satellite television (preferred but not required)
- CCNA certification (preferred)
Certifications:
- Meraki ECMS Certification (mandatory upon hiring, so far free)
Customer Service Experience:
- Experience in BPO with inbound and outbound calls
Others:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in managed Wi-Fi or satellite television.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
- Network+ (Net+) certification is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
