Sourcing and Data Operations Manager

We are seeking a Sourcing & Data Operations Manager who will serve as the master of our recruiting data systems and sourcing infrastructure. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining, enriching, and optimizing our database and sourcing processes to ensure we operate with speed, accuracy, and strategic foresight. This is a replacement role for a key team member who held this position for 5 years and was instrumental in building a world-class sourcing and data management infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who can match or exceed that level of performance and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Order Sourcing: Use detailed SOPs to source candidates from platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn RPS, and HireEZ. Create Boolean searches and assign proper tags and contact data.
  • Contact Data Enrichment: Fix bad or missing contact information via daily workflows using tools like WhitePages, TruePeopleSearch, and email sequence feedback from Outplay.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain, update, and clean our database of 170,000+ records across multiple sourcing and sales lists. Ensure all data fields are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Automation & Workflow Support: Collaborate on the ongoing refinement of sourcing, sales, and interim hiring workflows. Manage automation platforms like Outplay for email and calendar sequences.
  • AI Usage: Integrate AI tools into daily operations to improve speed and accuracy. Use AI to assist in decision-making, workflow optimization, and bulk data processing.
  • Resume & Lead Management: Send formatted resumes, monitor Indeed responses, manage outreach campaigns, and ensure a fast “speed-to-lead” cycle.
  • Data Deployment Projects: Assist in creating MPC campaigns, sorting and enriching candidate data for interim leadership placements, and determining optimal data deployment strategies for external datasets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Participate in higher-level discussions with leadership to improve workflows, automation, and database optimization projects.
