We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and providing ongoing support throughout the duration of their contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Master the Platform (Develop a working knowledge of the Performance Scoring)
application and its white-labeled versions.
• Client Onboarding
o Gather initial client information
o Set up new accounts
o Schedule and deliver training sessions
o Provide initial troubleshooting and guidance
• Client Support
o Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and help ticket submissions
o Offer timely and effective solutions to client issues
Work Schedule Options
7 AM – 5PM CST
10AM – 8PM CST
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience minimum in client support in technology industry
- Proficient in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- English fluency required
- Background in software development is a plus
