This team is rethinking how families access high-quality education—replacing the one-size-fits-all model with flexible, tech-powered learning. The product supports a fast-growing national network and is central to day-to-day learning, operations, and communication.
What You'll Do
- Help scale a platform used by families, educators, and operators across the country
- Build user-friendly experiences across web and mobile for learning, coordination, and communication
- Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team to shape roadmap and deliver end-to-end features
- Stay hands-on while contributing to architecture and core infrastructure
What you’ll need:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in software development, ideally with startup experience
- Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
- Proven ability to ship user-facing features quickly and cleanly
- Technical Skills:
- Strong product sensibility and attention to user experience
- Ability to work with modern mobile (Kotlin, Swift), backend and frontend frameworks (Rails, Stimulus, Tailwind or similar)
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Bonus: experience building platforms for operationally intensive businesses
