Egypt onlySquadio is seeking a Senior QC Engineer to join our talented team. As a Senior QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and driving the implementation of QC best practices. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications
- Identify and document software defects and track their resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure software quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QC
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
