Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Configure, operate, and troubleshoot IP networks across multi-vendor environments.
Support routing and switching operations, network optimization, and performance improvements.
Design, provision, and maintain MPLS/IP services including LDP, RSVP, RSVP-TE, MP-BGP, VPLS, L2VPN, and IPVPN.
Work with LAN technologies such as STP, RSTP, 802.1x, ISL, HSRP, VRRP, MC-LAG.
Implement and support QoS, traffic engineering, and end-to-end IP service delivery.
Configure and maintain IPSec VPNs, firewalls and associated network security controls.
Conduct network migrations, upgrades, and integration activities with minimal downtime.
Perform network audits, documentation updates, and change management tasks.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams during deployments.
Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Strong understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, QoS.
Expertise with OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
Deep knowledge of MPLS/IP technologies:
LDP, RSVP, RSVP-TE
MP-BGP
VPLS, L2VPN, IPVPN
- Strong LAN expertise:STP, RSTP, 802.1x, ISL, HSRP, VRRP, MC-LAG
Security experience with IPSec VPNs and firewalls.
Proven migration experience in large-scale IP networks.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
3–10+ years of hands-on experience in IP routing, switching, MPLS, and network security.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Experience working in service provider, carrier, or large enterprise IP networks is preferred.
