Role Summary -
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy individual to help shape
Sprinto’s next phase of growth. In this role, you will partner closely with the founders and senior leadership to drive company-wide planning, develop sharp insights, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in fundraising and investor relations, guide leadership with data-backed perspectives, and ensure alignment across GTM functions. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.

This role will directly work with the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, Associate Director of RevOps, and work closely in close contact with founders and other senior leaders across the company. As our first Insights Expert, you will play a critical role in planning and navigating the company's future Path.
Responsibilties
- Partner with leadership on end-to-end fundraising and investor relations by working closely with leadership to prepare materials, build financial models, and drive investor communication.
- Counsel the senior leadership on critical business insights (both w.r.t strategy and operations), and act as the connective tissue between all the GTM teams.
- Lead both top-down and bottom-up planning processes to develop the annual revenue operating plan, including running scenario models and sensitivity analyses.
- Analyze complex datasets to detect deviations or anomalies, conduct root cause investigations, and deliver synthesised insights with clear, actionable business relevance.
- Collaborate with RevOps and GTM teams to drive high-impact business analyses as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years in Revenue / GTM Analytics, Strategy or Business Insights within a B2B SaaS environment. Alternatively, experience in Analytics Consulting, Venture Capital / Private Equity, or Investment Banking, with preferred exposure to the B2B SaaS sector.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to work with data to identify patterns, spot deviations, and conduct sharp analyses that solve critical business problems and highlight potential growth opportunities.
- Relevant Business Expertise: Demonstrated success in building annual revenue and headcount models, as well as monitoring actual performance against the plans.
- Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of SaaS and a growing proficiency in emerging AI applications is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in advanced spreadsheets, SQL or Python, and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 institute; an MBA or advanced degree in analytics is a plus.
