This position is remote in India
- This position will be remote in the country of India and will work Monday-Friday during India hours.
How you will achieve success:
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI) or C#, delivering reliable, performant features aligned to business outcomes.
- Contribute to data-intensive systems using tools like PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Snowflake, with a focus on clean code, observability, and test coverage.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and designers to scope, build, and refine scalable services and data flows.
- Use GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools to boost development speed, automate documentation, and explore new approaches.
- Grow your technical depth by learning from senior engineers, contributing to code reviews, and adopting quality and CI/CD best practices
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 2–4 years of professional experience building backend applications or data systems in Python or C#.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred), Kafka or other message queues, and basic data modeling concepts.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (especially AWS), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills across time zones and functions (written + spoken English).
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to solve ambiguous problems, improve your craft, and learn new tools like DBT or AWS Glue.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
