We are looking for an experienced HubSpot expert who can build and operate our marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and workflows at a growing company or agency.
Requirements
- Design, build, and manage workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, nurture flows, and contact lifecycle stages.
- Set up custom properties, automations, and campaign structures aligned with the GTM strategy.
- Provide frameworks for campaigns and sequences so our team can plug in copy.
- Run and monitor email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, event/webinar promotions, and newsletters.
- Segment lists and build dynamic content personalization using HubSpot features.
- Manage deduplication, list cleanup, enrichment, and hygiene on an ongoing basis.
- Implement lead routing rules, pipeline automations, and contact/company management rules.
- Collaborate with the team managing outbound tools (Instantly, Clay) to align campaigns and tracking.
- Set up and maintain connections with 3rd-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Typeform, Zoom, etc.).
- Build dashboards to track campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Set up A/B testing workflows and analyze performance data to improve results.
