Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HDD operations
- Proven experience in longreach HDD, including planning, design interface, drilling operations, contractor management, and risk control
- Well-developed geotechnical skills across soft soils, hard rock, transitional strata and variable ground behaviour
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
