AI Strategist

Spektrum is seeking an AI Strategist to join their team and support key client projects. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, signal processing, or related fields, including direct experience in research and development of AI/ML systems.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, signal processing, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in deep learning science and technology
• Strong track record of managing and leading AI/ML research projects
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies, state-of-the-art technology assessments, and technology roadmapping for AI/ML solutions
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into actionable recommendations for non-specialist audiences
• Experience working in or with academic institutions
• Demonstrated experience in responsible AI principles
• Prior experience in collaborating with or providing consulting services to defence, security, or government organisations on AI/ML-related topics
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
