We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate Sparkfly's brand presence and drive demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong capabilities in content creation, social media management, public relations, and campaign execution. This individual will excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite executives at marquee, multi-unit enterprise brands in QSR, retail, convenience store, and salon industries.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the SVP of Revenue & Growth to create marketing assets that support business development efforts and accelerate pipeline growth. This role can be located anywhere in the continental United States. Travel will be required but is limited to industry conferences and client meetings. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated marketing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads for Sparkfly's offer management and loyalty solutions
  • Create compelling content across multiple formats including case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, sales collateral, and presentation decks that articulate Sparkfly's value proposition
  • Manage Sparkfly's social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, developing engaging content that showcases thought leadership and customer success stories
  • Coordinate public relations efforts including press releases, media outreach, industry awards submissions, and analyst relations to increase Sparkfly's visibility in the martech ecosystem
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand prospect needs and create targeted marketing materials that address specific industry challenges and use cases
  • Manage Sparkfly's website content, ensuring messaging is current, compelling, and optimized for lead generation and SEO
  • Plan and execute Sparkfly's presence at industry conferences and events, including promotional materials, pre-event campaigns, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop customer testimonials, video content, and reference materials that demonstrate Sparkfly's impact on revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on lead generation, website traffic, social engagement, and ROI
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and platform enhancements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including designers, PR agencies, content creators, and event coordinators
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, serving as the guardian of Sparkfly's brand voice and visual identity

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or enterprise technology companies
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of marketing content that showcases ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong social media management skills with experience building engaged audiences on professional platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Zoho, other), CRM systems (Monday), and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality marketing materials including proficiencies in PowerPoint and tools such as Claude, invideo, Canva, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Experience in the restaurant technology, retail technology, or customer engagement platform space is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% for conferences and team meetings
