We are looking for a Lead Sales Manager to join one of our newest AdTech ventures. The role offers strong ownership, direct influence on revenue, and the opportunity to build and scale regional sales operations from the ground up.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client leadership within AdTech, DSP/SSP, media agencies, or programmatic advertising
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP technology, campaign execution, and performance metrics
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
- Self-starter mindset with readiness to take ownership, build processes, and grow a market from scratch
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher (local language proficiency for the target region is a plus)
