We are looking for a Referrals and Allocations Administrator to provide reliable, organised support during maternity cover. The role ensures that referrals are processed smoothly, in a timely manner, counsellors receive the correct allocations, and clients experience an efficient service.
Requirements
- Strong administrative experience
- Confidence using digital systems
- Good written communication and clear email manners
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with regular check-ins
- Ideally experience working with NHS partners or in an NHS setting
- Useful marketing skills, including LinkedIn posting and basic website updating
