Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- 2+ years in healthcare
- Call center experience
- Familiarity with CPS/GE Centricity
- Medical terminology
- ICD/CPT coding
- HIPAA regulations
- Scheduling practices in a clinical setting
