Our client is hiring a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to manage home energy upgrade projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners and subcontractors, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality installations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Previous experience in roles such as Operations, Quality Assurance or related
- Excellent English level
- Great attention to detail, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
