Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development
- Experience building and customizing Claude workflows (agents, prompts, skills, MDs)
- Solid full-stack development skills, with confidence debugging backend-heavy systems
- Background in data analysis, analytics platforms, or data pipelines
- Clear understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in production systems
- Comfortable owning a backend system that supports human-in-the-loop validation
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment
