Supply Chain Coordinator
Role Objective
The Supply Chain Coordinator at is responsible for managing logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on order processing and delivery. This role involves coordinating logistical activities and working closely with the Operations Department to ensure all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Work Arrangement: Work from home until further notice. Must be willing to travel to Pampanga, Makati, and Quezon City for client visits as required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Manila Time)
Holiday Schedule: Follows Western Australia Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Process Management
Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor order status, coordinate with vendors, and update internal stakeholders on progress.
Address and resolve issues such as shipment delays or discrepancies during the logistics process.
2. Delivery Coordination
Organize and oversee all aspects of the shipping process, from vendors to Progility Global’s facilities or directly to customers.
Manage international shipments, including import processes, customs clearance, and quality assurance checks.
Handle the delivery process to ensure goods are received, inspected, and meet quality standards prior to final customer delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
3. Assistance in Quoting Process (As Needed)
Support the Operations Department in preparing logistics-related quotations, including shipping methods, lead times, weights, dimensions, and associated costs.
Provide advanced support as required, depending on workload and task complexity.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of logistics and supply chain activities, including shipping documents, import/export paperwork, and vendor communications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Provide regular updates and reports on supply chain performance metrics, including delivery timelines, costs, and discrepancies.
5. Continuous Improvement
Identify and recommend improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations on initiatives to optimise logistics functions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM for improved management and tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Industry qualifications in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or related roles.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve established procedures.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a small team environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
Knowledge
Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export regulations, and customs processes is essential.
