We are looking for an Account Manager, BTC Hosting to join our world-class team.

Our ideal Account Manager will help accelerate growth across our Bitcoin business. This role goes beyond selling hosting capacity — you will be responsible for driving strategic BTC partnerships, expanding miner relationships, and maximizing long-term revenue across Soluna’s renewable-powered infrastructure platform.

You will operate at the intersection of Bitcoin mining economics, energy markets, and digital infrastructure — translating market conditions into revenue opportunities. This is a front-line sales role focused on new customer acquisition, account expansion, commercial structuring, and long-term ecosystem development.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development, you will own revenue generation across assigned accounts and contribute directly to Soluna’s BTC growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New BTC Business
  • Identify, qualify, and close new Bitcoin mining customers.
  • Own a revenue target tied to contracted MWs, hosting revenue, and account expansion.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline across institutional and growth-stage miners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, term length, deployment timelines, and performance terms.
  • Expand & Monetize Strategic Accounts
  • Build executive-level relationships with miner leadership teams.
  • Drive fleet expansion, contract renewals, and term extensions.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper commercial integration (multi-site deployments, flexible capacity, long-term power strategies).
  • Increase share of wallet within existing accounts
  • Shape Commercial Strategy
  • Monitor BTC market dynamics (hashprice, fleet efficiency trends, ASIC cycles, power pricing environments).
  • Align pricing and deal structures with market conditions and margin objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders to inform site development and capacity planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Energy, and Finance to optimize deployment and profitability.
  • Represent Soluna in the BTC Ecosystem
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, capital partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Soluna at conferences and industry events.
  • Position Soluna as a premier renewable-powered partner for institutional mining.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
    Direct experience in Bitcoin mining, digital asset infrastructure, or adjacent energy markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-million dollar infrastructure or energy-related deals.
  • Strong understanding of BTC mining economics (hashprice sensitivity, fleet efficiency, uptime economics, hosting margin dynamics).
  • Experience negotiating long-term commercial contracts.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial and analytical rigor; comfortable modeling deal economics.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • High resilience and adaptability in volatile market environments.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and infrastructure markets.
