Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, land acquisition, right-of-way, real estate, agriculture, or another relationship-driven field role.
- Proven ability to build trust quickly, generate opportunities, and move conversations toward action.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the judgment and presence to engage credibly with landowners and local stakeholders.
