SOFTSWISS is looking for an Offensive Security Engineer to help strengthen the security of our products and platforms. You’ll perform technical assessments, take part in red team operations, and support planned technical audits — uncovering real-world attack paths before anyone else does.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll identify and exploit security weaknesses across SOFTSWISS products and infrastructure to strengthen our overall defense posture. By simulating real-world attack scenarios and uncovering hidden vulnerabilities, you’ll help teams proactively secure systems before threats emerge. Your work will directly enhance the resilience, trust, and integrity of our platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform security testing of applications, services, and infrastructure.
- Participate in red team and adversarial simulations across diverse environments.
- Support internal audits and targeted reviews of critical systems.
- Research emerging attack techniques and develop custom tools or PoCs.
- Collaborate with engineering and defensive teams to drive fixes.
- Contribute to the operation of our bug bounty program.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience in offensive security or penetration testing (3+ years).
- Solid understanding of vulnerabilities, exploitation, and detection evasion.
- Ability to code, script or automate (or even vibe code).
- Familiarity with OS and network security, web, API, and cloud environments.
- Curiosity, creativity, and drive to stay ahead of offensive security trends.
Nice to have:
- Red team experience.
- CTF/bug bounty background.
- Certifications like OSCP/CRTO/OSEP/CPTS/etc.
