You’ll work on expanding the global footprint of our award-winning iGaming Platform, driving new partnerships and revenue opportunities across international markets.

Purpose of the role:
You’ll drive new business growth for the SOFTSWISS iGaming Platform to expand our global client base and strengthen market presence across key regions.
You’ll identify and open new commercial opportunities from markets to product packages—to boost product adoption and revenue potential.
Your work will impact how the market perceives our platform, helping communicate our value, innovation, and success stories to prospective clients and partners worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new business for the SOFTSWISS iGaming Platform by engaging high-potential B2B clients and partners across global markets.
- Actively reach out to prospective clients—both online and offline—to pitch the SOFTSWISS vision and product value.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, including emerging markets, product features, and tailored platform packages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling product narratives and market messaging that highlight client success and platform advantages.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and industry stakeholders to support a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles; iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage.
Expertise in outbound or account-based sales approaches.
English C1/C2 or native level, plus a strong CIS region professional network.
Stellar negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong prioritisation and time-management abilities.
Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and process management.
Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working in an international team environment.
