Socket is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to provide comprehensive support to their sales team, develop training, establish best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role will focus on equipping reps with the knowledge, tools, and coaching needed to drive sales success by cutting out security busywork and ensuring consistent excellence in processes. The manager will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to translate product features into value propositions and identify coaching opportunities.
Requirements
- Successful track record in a direct SaaS, B2B Sales role.
- Deep familiarity with application security.
- Highly organized with a passion for creating, maintaining, and evolving enablement materials.
- Strong writer skills for translating complex security concepts into clear materials.
