Key Account Manager responsible for developing and executing account-level plans aligned with national strategy, driving sales growth and results in Romania.
Requirements
- University degree level education
- Recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 years, ideally in a KAM role.
- Multi-functional experiences
- Strong sales experience, business acumen and strategic mindset with proven results in driving sales growth and results
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in an international, matrix environment to achieve business objectives
- Unquestioned ethics, integrity and informal leadership
- Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities and think out-of-the-box
- Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
- Management and negotiation skills
- Good command of MS office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook) and driving licence gr. B
- Fluent in written and spoken English, ideally Slovak language written and spoken
