Our client, a Cold Calling Appointment Setting Agency, is looking for highly motivated, resilient, and articulate Appointment Setters to join our remote appointment setting team. You will be making high-volume cold calls to business owners in the US to book qualified sales meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent
• Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm
• Schedule flexibility to work strict US business hours
• Stable, wired fiber-optic internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps download/upload)
• Reliable backup power solution (UPS or inverter) to ensure zero downtime during local power outages
• Modern laptop/desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB+ RAM) and a professional USB noise-canceling headset
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace free from background noise
