Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.
- Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent.
- Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm on the next dial.
- Willingness to work strict US business hours.
- Stable, wired fiber-optic internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps download/upload).
- Reliable backup power solution (UPS or inverter) to ensure zero downtime during local power outages.
- Modern laptop/desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB+ RAM) and a professional USB noise-canceling headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace free from background noise (dogs, traffic, family members)
