We're looking for a SmartSuite Associate – Product & Sales Engineer to support our Product Manager / Sales Engineer in productizing and demonstrating SmartSuite for prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in no-code platforms, SaaS, workflow automation, and business process design.
Requirements
- Configure SmartSuite solutions using our no-code platform
- Support the creation of tailored proof-of-concepts for prospective customers
- Prepare and maintain demo environments for sales and product presentations
- Help translate client requirements and market needs into SmartSuite configurations
- Assist with light solution design and workflow mapping
- Support data setup, cleanup, and light analysis for demos and POCs
- Help document repeatable solution patterns, templates, and demo use cases
- Collaborate with Product and Sales Engineering to refine how SmartSuite is positioned and demonstrated
- Contribute ideas for improving demo quality, solution packaging, and customer-facing workflows
