Your Mission Brief
You will focus on independent project execution and department proficiency. Reporting to the CEO and Client Operations Lead, you are expected to manage projects autonomously, anticipate risks, and ensure the quality and timeliness of outputs.
Where You'll Lead
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
- Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards.
- Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
- Foster clear communication among stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Stakeholder Communication
