What will YOU be doing for us?Develop, modify and maintain quality assurance procedures, conduct functional testing of TPA operational processes and outputs such as new or changed reports, letters, EDI, or Enterprise System configurations that will ensure that design requirements are satisfied, the solution operates as expected, and the needs of stakeholders are met.

What will YOU be working on every day?

  • Develop quality assurance procedures designed to ensure the highest level of quality meets or exceeds client requirements.
  • Utilize systems analysis techniques and quality assurance procedures, and participate in the development process of new or modified TPA collateral.
  • Perform in levels of testing:
    • Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
    • Automation Testing: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to increase efficiency.
    • Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, log, and document bugs using tools like DevOps or Jira providing clear reproduction steps.
    • Technical Testing: Perform ES System, API and backend database validation (SQL) testing.
    • Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
    • Collaboration: Work in Agile/Scrum environments with developers and product managers to define requirements and validate fixes.
    • Performance & Security Testing: Evaluate application stability, speed, and scalability under varying conditions
  • Conducts periodic audits of developed reports and letters to ensure compliance with client expectations, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Build, maintain governance and report around our ServiceDesk Plus TPA Client commitments
  • Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.
  • Collect data and use quantitative or statistical analysis techniques and reporting methodologies to interpret results and assess underlying factors for reconciling variations.
  • Communicate test findings and feedback to appropriate parties to ensure programs function according to use requirements and established guidelines.
  • Participate in quality assurance testing strategy including creating, documenting, and maintaining test procedures.
  • Actively participate amongst the TPA technical teams, sizing work efforts, decomposing tasks and validating deliverables for our TPA Clients.
  • Act as a resource for the TPA Team regarding any quality assurance questions.
  • Participate in the testing of Enterprise System software releases and post release activities.
  • Provide education and coaching to team members on quality standards, both during onboarding and ongoing.
  • Analyze audit results at team levels, identifying trends, recurring issues, and areas of opportunity.
  • Prepare, present, and communicate detailed reports to management on audit findings and performance trends.
  • Provide input into the design and enhancement of audit tools and monitoring methods
  • Collaborate with management to develop action plans addressing quality gaps and performance improvements.
  • Recommend system and workflow improvements to strengthen quality outcomes.

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?

  • Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other related field
  • Required Level of Experience
    • 5 to 7 years of experience with quality assurance in a technology environment
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Knowledge and proficiency in the following software:
      • SQL Server
      • Microsoft Visual Studio/Test Manager or comparable Automated Testing tools
      • Programming Languages – SQL a plus
      • Microsoft Office Professional Edition
    • Knowledge of software design and development techniques.
    • Knowledge of software used to collect, manipulate, manage and analyze data.
    • Ability to think of creative solutions to process-based issues.
    • Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and communication styles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate?

  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Knowledge and proficiency in the following technical areas:
      • Automated testing tools
      • Azure DevOps for lifecycle development and testing
      • ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
      • Experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) queries, reports and dashboards

The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range.

Compensation Range: $93,594 - $140,391

Compensation Midpoint: $116,993
