As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth of new and existing client relationships by providing pre- and post-technical sales support for current and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Act as a partner between customers and sales and delivery teams in project requirements
- Provide technical pitch support and ongoing project support throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead customer demonstrations and technical support
- Collaborate across multiple departments and levels providing mentorship and seamless handoff of customer account
- Develop and manage implementation schedules
- Establish customer success measures in alignment with system capabilities
- Advising on best practices, installing and configuring system, and developing, documenting, and facilitating end-user training
