Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Developer proficient in KORE.ai to join our technology team. This role requires strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js, alongside expertise in developing and deploying chatbots and voice bots. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of conversational AI, AI/NLP/ML technologies, and experience with scalable, high-availability platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Chatbot and Voice bot Development:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable chatbot and voice bot solutions using the KORE.ai platform.
- Utilize Java, Python, or Node.js for backend development and server-side programming.
- Create and manage data storage solutions with JSON, Redis, or MongoDB.
- Develop real-time interactions using Web Sockets.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate expertise in building and maintaining high-availability, mission-critical platforms.
- Apply knowledge of AI, NLP, and ML to enhance chatbot functionalities.
- Leverage experience with web services, including REST and SOAP.
- Utilize knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Architecture and Design:
- Design and architect chatbot and voicebot solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Lead technical design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, data analysts, and product owners.
- Implement a build-once/deploy-multiple strategy for bots across various platforms (chat, voice, agent assist).
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors in the KORE.ai environment.
- Optimize chatbot performance and ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective bot dialog flows using KORE.ai's features.
UI and Front-End Development:
- Contribute to UI-side development with technologies such as JavaScript, Angular.js, React.js, or Vue.js.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong background in conversational AI platforms and chatbot development.
- Experience with Node.js for chatbot backend technology.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Solid understanding of code documentation and handover processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Exposure to Generative AI concepts and their application in conversational AI products.
- Ability to lead technical design sessions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Kore.ai certification is "Nice to Have"
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy advanced chatbot and voicebot solutions using KORE.ai.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of platforms.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement effective conversational solutions.
