Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in the tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services sectors
- Proactive, resolution-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously, focusing on customer satisfaction and commercial expansion
- Good presence in meetings, both with current clients and potential clients
- Exceptional English skills (oral and written) (B2+ or C1)
