Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- 4+ years of military experience in administration, personnel or human resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
