Digital Solutions Architect

The Digital Transformation Engineer spends the day designing and enhancing low‑code applications, automating data flows, and enabling analytics‑driven decision‑making across Siemens Energy. The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and digital factories to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions. Daily activities include integrating SAP data, building analytics workflows, and delivering dashboards that improve transparency and efficiency. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and deliver scalable Mendix applications aligned with Siemens Energy IT standards and governance.
• Translate business and operational requirements into end‑to‑end digital, automation, and analytics solutions.
• Enable process efficiency by integrating SAP data with low‑code platforms and analytics tools.
• Automate data preparation and analytics through robust Alteryx workflows.
• Provide actionable insights by developing dashboards and visual reports for operational and management use.
• Strengthen digital factory and citizen development capabilities through guidance, best practices, and quality oversight.

What You Bring

• Proven experience working with SAP systems and enterprise data landscapes.
• Hands‑on expertise in Alteryx for data transformation, analytics, and automation.
• Practical experience in Mendix low‑code development, preferably with Rapid certification or higher.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or automation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, system integration concepts, and cross‑functional collaboration.
