We are seeking a Facets Testing Architect to provide architectural leadership and technical oversight for a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will define and drive the end-to-end testing strategy across the Facets platform and integrated claims processing systems, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and reliable system delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and lead the overall testing architecture, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing
- Design and implement testing frameworks aligned with Facets configurations, customizations, and integrated systems
- Establish test environments, test data strategies, and traceability between business requirements and test coverage
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, configuration teams, and test managers to align testing strategy with project goals
- Guide and support test automation initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Validate system configurations, including benefit structures, pricing logic, and claims processing workflows
- Support Facets upgrades, data migrations, and release cycles, ensuring testing readiness for cutover events
- Ensure compliance with CMS quality standards, security requirements, and industry best practices
- Provide technical leadership in defect management, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes to enhance system stability and claims accuracy
- Extensive experience with the Facets platform in a testing, QA, or architecture capacity
- Proven experience designing and leading end-to-end testing strategies for large-scale system implementations or migrations
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims adjudication and benefit configuration
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Experience working with integrated systems, APIs, and downstream data flows
- Strong knowledge of test data management and environment strategy
- Familiarity with CMS requirements, including Medicare Advantage (MA) or Medicaid
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
