Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, building and maintaining a robust and advanced CI/CD system, improving system reliability, managing hardware and IoT edge devices, and streamlining development workflows through robust automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically focusing on Kubernetes clusters (EKS), container registries (ECR), and related services.

• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of systems.

• Design, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions utilizing Prometheus to achieve observability and proactive issue detection.

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting of Linux internals, containerized applications, networking, and system performance issues.

• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python or Go, with strong Bash and Shell scripting proficiency.

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD to ensure seamless software delivery.

• Continuously improve DevOps practices, identify process gaps, and implement efficient solutions.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline integration and deployment processes.

• Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure and IoT edge devices, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications / Experiences:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and system administration.

• Expertise in AWS Cloud, including architecture, deployment, and management.
  Advanced CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD (GitOps).

• Strong networking knowledge, including protocols, security, and troubleshooting

• Advanced Linux administration, specifically Ubuntu and Debian.

• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting; experience in GoLang is a significant advantage.

• Experience with the Grafana Stack, including Grafana, Prometheus, and Mimir.

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, including orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to optimize system performance, enhance security, and automate infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
