Tech Solutions Architect

This Tech Solutions Architect / Tech Lead role will design and lead the development of robust digital platforms, bridging the gap between business, product, and technology. The role requires a technically strong individual with a passion for code and no-code tools, focusing on architectural decision-making, implementation, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
