In this role, you will…
- Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
- Review email inquiries.
- Refer unresolved inquires to designated department or supervisor for review.
- Identify, research and resolve inquires
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
- Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred. .
- Experience with Cisco Finesse .
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. .
