Stay safe on Himalayas

Never send money to companies. Jobs on Himalayas will never require payment from applicants.

You will be the heartbeat of digital transformation, ensuring that when we deploy powerful Salesforce solutions, the people behind them are ready to thrive. This role is more than change project management; it is about guiding organizations through the complex cultural and operational shifts necessary for true innovation. We are looking for a strategic partner who can blend deep empathy with rigorous methodology to turn resistance into enthusiastic adoption.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of proven success in leading change management and organizational transformation for technology implementations.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM ecosystems (you know the tech enough to bridge the gap for users). Marketing Automation Platform experience is a plus.
  • Mastery in facilitation, confident in leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Strategic vision to define success metrics and the ability to interpret data to prove adoption ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing everyone from C-suite executives to daily end-users.
  • Proficiency in program design, instructional design, content and course development, and multiple forms of media development and deployment.
  • Agility to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously without losing focus on the details.

A Day-in-the-Life

  • Craft tailored change enablement strategies that align with client business goals and culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the "people side" of technical change.
  • Facilitate dynamic user training sessions and workshops that empower teams to embrace new tools.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (adoption rates, engagement) to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
  • Mentor internal Sercante teams on change best practices to elevate our collective delivery.
  • Advance our reputation as industry leaders in Change by developing innovative new offerings that will enhance our toolkits and cement our status as trusted, best-in-class partners to our clients.
  • Champion thought leadership by contributing to blogs, events, and industry discussions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 3 months, you have built strong relationships with key stakeholders and conducted readiness assessments for your initial portfolio of clients.
  • Within 6 months, you have successfully guided a major client through a "go-live" event, achieving high user proficiency and adoption targets.
  • Within 1 year, you have contributed significant assets to the Sercante change management toolkit, helping us scale our practice efficiency.

Our Culture

At Sercante, we value passion, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit. Our ideal team member is curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning. They excel in remote environments, are proactive problem-solvers, and embody these key qualities:

  • Lifelong learner with a passion for diving deep into details.
  • Self-driven and thrives in dynamic, ambiguous situations.
  • Organized and deadline-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Effective delegator who empowers team members.
  • Resourceful and able to find solutions through research.
  • Curious and adaptable to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Embraces remote work and aligns with our core values.
  • Thoughtful communicator who clarifies client needs before proceeding.
