General Responsibilities
• Makes outbound calls and sends emails to potential customers.
• Responds to inbound inquiries and follows up on leads.
• Learns to identify customers needs and suggests appropriate products or services.
• Supports the sales team with scheduling, data entry, and pipeline management.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Maintains accurate records of interactions in the system.
• Collaborates with team members to meet group and individual performance goals.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
