The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our finance team this summer.
This isn’t your typical internship—you’ll step in during a pivotal time as we navigate a major systems transition and continue building out our global financial operations. Reporting directly to our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key support role in ensuring data accuracy, clean reporting, and strong documentation—while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, remote-first finance environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
Your summer will focus on five high-impact projects that directly support the team:
- Revenue Reporting Improvements
Help refine how we structure and report revenue to improve speed, clarity, and accuracy. - Global Accounting Dataset Maintenance
Support the maintenance of global financial datasets to ensure consistency across regions. - Month-End Reporting Support
Assist with monthly reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis and trend insights. - Weekly Cash Flow Forecasting
Contribute to weekly cash flow forecasts to help monitor liquidity and spending. - Systems Integration Support
Assist with data mapping, testing, and documentation as we integrate key financial systems.
What You’ll Learn
- How a high-performing FP&A team operates in a remote environment
- Real-world financial reporting and forecasting processes
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial tech stacks
- How to support a major systems implementation from a finance perspective
Who You Are
- Analytically minded—you enjoy digging into data to understand the “why”
- Detail-driven—you know small errors can have big impacts
- Systems-oriented—you’re comfortable with (or eager to learn) financial tools and platforms
- A strong communicator—you ask good questions and document your work clearly
Nice to Have
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
The Details
- Compensation: $20.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience and education)
- Location: Fully remote
- Impact: You’ll contribute directly to a major systems implementation and leave with meaningful, real-world experience
