United States onlyWe are seeking a Google Analytics Consultant to join our team and help clients translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive digital performance and business growth.
We are looking for someone analytical, proactive, and experienced in implementing and optimizing Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) across websites and apps, with strong skills in tracking setups, data validation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure Google Analytics (GA4) properties, data streams and measurement protocols
• Design and deploy tracking plans including events, parameters and custom dimensions/metrics
• Set up and validate tag management using Google Tag Manager
• Audit existing analytics implementations and identify data quality issues and gaps
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and/or other BI tools
• Translate analytics findings into clear recommendations for product, marketing and content teams
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams and clients on analytics best practices
• Support A/B testing measurement and attribution analysis
Requisitos / Requirements:
• +3 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics implementations (GA4 strongly preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and experience creating dataLayer strategies
• Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery and SQL for analysis (or similar BI / data warehouses)
• Strong understanding of web and mobile measurement, cross-domain tracking and attribution models
• Familiarity with consent management and privacy regulations affecting measurement (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Ability to validate and troubleshoot data collection issues using browser devtools, network requests and debugger tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, problem solver and comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Habilidades Deseables / Nice to Have:
• Experience with server-side tagging and Measurement Protocol
• Knowledge of analytics for mobile apps (Firebase) and e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and integration with analytics
• Experience with data modeling in BigQuery and automated reporting workflows
Technical Requirements:
GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation and auditing
Creation of dashboards in Looker Studio and handling of data connectors
Basic/intermediate SQL queries and data export to BigQuery
Event validation and data integrity analysis
Data integration with marketing platforms and CRM
