The role requires hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, cloud-native architectures, and driving engineering excellence across platforms and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in architectural leadership.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and a track record of driving adoption across engineering teams.
- Experience designing and enforcing AI coding governance frameworks and delivering scalable direct-to-consumer insurance platforms and AI-driven personalization systems.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Practical experience with AI/ML pipelines, LLMOps, data engineering, and MLOps frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile, product-centric organizations.
